The Brief


Vitrue Health is a London-based health technology company focused on preventing and managing musculoskeletal (MSK) issues in the workplace. Founded in 2017, they help organisations tackle common challenges like back, neck, and shoulder pain using advanced technologies including computer vision, biomechanics, and clinical decision support. Their platform is designed to improve employee wellbeing while also boosting productivity and reducing costs for businesses.

The brief was to create a high-quality video to quickly explain what the platform does, why it matters, and how it benefits both employees and employers, without overwhelming the viewer.

Creatively, the goal was to position Vitrue as a confident, established solution in the health tech space. The video needed to feel bold, modern, and polished, using clean motion design and a fast, engaging pace. It had to be informative yet accessible, reflecting the sophistication of the product and the scale of the problem it solves.

Our Response


The animation project landed at an ideal moment, as Vitrue Health were in the middle of a wider rebrand. Their new visual identity became the starting point for our creative thinking. The brand was lively and bold using colours that felt fresh yet warm, rather than too clinical. These visuals had already been applied across multiple touchpoints, giving us a strong and flexible foundation to build a cohesive animation style.

To fully understand the product, we were given access to the Vitrue platform itself. This allowed us to explore their tools first-hand and gain a deeper appreciation of what made the offering unique. Features such as the employee health profile, AI-powered posture analysis, and personalised workplace wellbeing recommendations stood out as key features to showcase. Experiencing the platform as a user helped us translate complex technology into clear, engaging visual storytelling.

A key part of the brief was perception. Vitrue wanted to position themselves as large and established, a confident and credible player in the workspace wellbeing. Creatively, this meant a bold, modern, and polished approach, using clean motion design. The end result needed to feel assured and professional, building trust from the first few seconds.

We supported the clean animation with a light narrative built around a small group of user characters. These characters helped ground the technology in real workplace scenarios, making the product feel relevant and relatable to viewers.

The video needed to speak directly to wellbeing decision makers and key stakeholders, while still acknowledging the employee experience. From a business perspective, the animation highlights common challenges such as rising healthcare costs and high absence rates. It clearly shows how these issues can be reduced when employers have a better overview of staff wellbeing and its impact on performance. By addressing problems early and offering practical insights based on the employees actual experience, Vitrue helps businesses reduce strain on both budgets and employee wellbeing.

At the same time, the employee benefits are made clear. Staff can track their wellbeing, receive tailored guidance, and follow simple recommendations to improve both physical and mental health. Everything is presented as intuitive and easy to use, reinforcing the idea that improving workplace wellbeing does not need to be complicated.

The final video successfully balances clarity, pace, and confidence. It highlights both the ease and depth of Vitrue Health’s offering, while clearly communicating the wider benefits for employers and employees alike. The result is a vibrant, modern animation that supports sales conversations and positions Vitrue as the go-to solution in the workplace wellbeing space.
